Passed away peacefully on Feb, 21, 2014, age 72, with her family by her side. Predeceased by her father, Samuel Perno. Survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Fred; children, Mary Anne (Joseph) Guadagnino, Denise Brognia, Fred Brognia Jr. (Susan Marino) & Angela (Mark) Schroeder; grandchildren, Joey(Malena), Jenna and Frankie Guadagnino, Amanda, Dominique and Dianna Rose Brognia, Jordan & Avamarie Schroeder; her mother, Jennie Perno; brothers, Joseph (Marion) & David Perno; brother-in-law, Tony (Marilyn) Brognia; many nieces & nephews.

Calling MONDAY, 4-8 at the Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fpt. Mile Pt. Rd. (Rte. 250).
Services and interment, private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sunset House, 3476 St. Paul Blvd., Roch. 14617.

The family would like to especially thank her niece, Paula Marie Fantone and cousin, Mary Jo Provenzano for all their help and support. We would also like to thank Dr. Brian Smith in Oncology and his staff at the Highland Hospital; and the wonderful staff of the Sunset Hospice House, for the love and care of Rosemary; also to Wendy Webb and the entire staff of Lifetime Care.
