HARRIS (Shaw), Pamela Lynn — 53, passed away on July 26, 2012 in Burlington, Ontario. Pamela is survived by husband, Robert Harris; parents, Dr. Mervin Shaw and Maureen (Bichon) Shaw; twin sister, Patricia (Sandy Gillis); sister, Sharon Shaw (Darcy Pettipas); brothers, Donald (Shannon Kosick) and Greg (Kari Brozowski); beloved nieces and nephews, Spencer and Erica Gillis, Ingrid and Ainslie Pettipas, Jenny, Emily and Maria Shaw and Aidan Shaw and Colin Shaw. Pamela graduated from St. Patrick's High School in 1977 and continued on to graduate from Victoria General Nursing School in 1981. Pamela first started her career in the Oncology Unit at the IWK and continued her career in the Burn Unit of the Victoria General Hospital. Pamela had a deep love of music and played the double bass throughout high school and into her adult life. Pamela was very artistic and loved to paint water colors, as well she spent many hours doing crafts with her nieces and nephews. Pamela married her soul mate Robert, almost 14 years ago on August 14th. Pamela grew up in Halifax but spent the last 13 years living in Ontario with her husband. Service to be held in Canadian Martyrs Church, Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 10 a.m.; reception to follow in the parish hall.
